Good enough guys, but they still didn't fix the rattle noise problem. Also they say 15% or 5,000 miles on oil change, but for the second time in a row they put a oil change sticker on the windshield that noise problem. The quality of my 2019 Ridgeline is just not there which speaks to Honda as a manufacturer (and not these guys). Wish everything on the truck was as it should be. Again, not the guys fault. More

Tech stripped drain plug and now oil is leaking. Brought it back and advisor claimed it was normal wear and tear and wanted $500 to replace oil pan. Came in for a simple oil change and left with a leaking c it back and advisor claimed it was normal wear and tear and wanted $500 to replace oil pan. Came in for a simple oil change and left with a leaking car. Dealership won’t own up to their mistakes. This is the best place to go if you want to take your working car in and add a oil leak feature! Integrity lost! More

2nd time I brought my car in for a simple oil change with an appointment. Not only did it take longer than an hour, but the plug was stripped in the process and I was charged to fix it. Not happy. On the flip side, they provided me a rental car while they waited for the part to be delivered and installed. So 2 stars for always having a smile on their faces, but think the dealership should have owned up to the stripped plug and taken care of it. Especially since the last 2 oil changes have been at this dealership. More

I wish they would have taken care of the problem with my engine light that came on after servicing the timing belt. The light disappeared before I got back to the dealership and they said that there is noth engine light that came on after servicing the timing belt. The light disappeared before I got back to the dealership and they said that there is nothing they could do if the light is not on anymore. More

Called in last minute to schedule maintenance on my Pilot. Prompt, courteous and professional preventive maintenance service.
