I love the customer service at this dealership. They are very friendly, attentive & accommodating. Takes quite a while for an oil change though. I dealt with Saun in service. I had an issue with noise on a 2012 CRV. Some parts did need to be replaced. The thought was to include a timing chain. When the tech got into it the chain was fine, thus s on a 2012 CRV. Some parts did need to be replaced. The thought was to include a timing chain. When the tech got into it the chain was fine, thus saving me money instead of just changing it out. I had a return visit next day with similar noise. Tech found that the serpentine belt was stretched. After repair the car is running great. The took the time to listen to me and found the issue. An unexpected great experience from the service departement. More

Average Decent to good. Average. Not terrible though. Work wasn't completed in a timely manner. Appointment was at 7:30 am but job was half done by 3pm and th Decent to good. Average. Don't really know how to review as rattle has not been fixed. Three weeks waiting on part and Counting. Andrew and Shawn seem nice, but I have had this noise pretty much since I bought the truck new in 20 fixed. Three weeks waiting on part and Counting. Andrew and Shawn seem nice, but I have had this noise pretty much since I bought the truck new in 2019. My truck also now has an intermittent noise coming from under the hood that sounds like a buzzer or something going off. So the quality of the Ridgeline I bought from Honda as a manufacturer is questionable at best compared to my old Ridgeline I had. I feel like Honda as a manufacturer has let me down. More
