Working with Shawn My husband and I at first were just dropping into Roush Honda to just get some information. We knew that we needed a bigger car, so we were going to My husband and I at first were just dropping into Roush Honda to just get some information. We knew that we needed a bigger car, so we were going to different dealerships just to get an idea of the car that we might get. We walked in and we were directed, (thankfully) to Shawn. Shawn listened to us and our needs and what we decided needed to be the final cost for us. Shawn walked us through the different options. We left that day knowing if at all possible we were going to go back to Shawn and lease the car. We set up a time to go back and talk to him, and unfortunately the day did not turn out like we planned and we had to come in much later than expected. Shawn was wonderful to work with and he stayed over to make sure that we did leave that night with a brand new car. I would tell anyone who is looking to lease or buy a car to go talk to Shawn Risner, he works hard for his customers, he is very friendly and an honest person. Thank you Shawn we love the car!!! I also want to thank 2 people the woman I think Barb, who stayed after hours on a Saturday to finish up the process, and I am sorry I did not catch his name, but the salesman who went to the car we traded in and retrieved something that I accidently left in our car. More

I came in about a year ago “just looking”, I could not be happier with my experience at Roush Honda Westerville and it’s all because of Shawn Risner. I came in about a year ago “just looking”, not ready to buy/lease just yet. When I knew it was time I went to multiple other dealers, but something kept drawing me back to Roush and Shawn. As soon as I walked back in the door it just felt right. Shawn was extremely informative and instantly made me feel comfortable. He recommended I test drive the car I ended up leasing and it was like he knew me better than I know myself, it was everything I needed/wanted and more. He never made me feel pressured and he made the process seem seamless. When I came to finalize everything and pick up my new car, Shawn was so excited for me, it made the experience that much more special.
