Couldn't be happier My fiance was in need of a new vehicle. We stopped by Roush where we were greeted by Shawn. He asked questions to understand what we were looking fo My fiance was in need of a new vehicle. We stopped by Roush where we were greeted by Shawn. He asked questions to understand what we were looking for and offered several options that would work for us. We picked out a car we liked and Shawn pulled it up to the front door for us to drive. We took it out for about 20 minutes and decided it was the one. The thing that made this experience so nice with Shawn and Roush was there was no pressure. We asked questions, we got answers. We were left alone at times when we needed to chat amongst ourselves. Every person that worked there asked me if I wanted a bottle of water (little things). Shawn made us feel like he was more interested in making sure we were making the right decision instead of just another sale for him. We left Roush last night in a brand new car and my fiance is beyond excited. I want to thank Shawn for everything he did to offer us a great experience. Incredible experience...again! Buying a car for my 17 year old daughter. She liked one at another Honda dealership. I told her that due to my past great experience at Roush and with Buying a car for my 17 year old daughter. She liked one at another Honda dealership. We were there 5 minutes before she turned to me and said, “It just feels right dealing with Shawn.” Can’t day it better than that.
