Everyone was very friendly and ready and willing to cater to my needs. I only had an hour for lunch and one of the first questions my sales consultant Shawn Risner asked me was "how much time do you have today?" That really meant a lot because as a busy working mom, I don't have a lot of time and had been putting off the car-buying process for that reason! He asked me what I hoped to accomplish during that hour's time and he made sure we were able to do just that, all while making sure that we kept an eye on the clock so I wasn't late getting back to work. After making the decision to purchase the vehicle, Shawn was able to work around my schedule and have the car ready for pick-up. My time with the finance department was also first class. Mike Dunlap was efficient and professional. It is so great to have a dealership I can count on and trust, so close to home. If you are considering other dealerships, STOP and come to Roush (and ask for Shawn!). You won't be disappointed. More

We dread it every time, yet our experience on May 21, 2016 with Shawn Risner at Roush Honda has changed our perspective. We know in the future we will be contacting Shawn Risner for our car buying needs. Shawn Risner stood out in the following ways: - He demonstrated a no pressure attitude during the entire process. He respected where we were at and discussed with us the best options to meet our goals. - He was transparent and honest. - He was professional, yet had a great sense of humor. - He was patient with all of our questions. ( My husband asked a lot of questions.) - His interaction with his co-worker was extraordinary as he told one of his co-workers who was getting keys, “I appreciate you.” - Lastly, we believe he is not “your typical car salesman”. He is not focus on the sale as he is focus on making sure we were comfortable and confident with our choice. He reminded us “I focus on the both of you because this is a big purchase for you both.” Wow!!! This perspective and attitude was maintained during the entire process- which illustrates integrity. I can’t say enough about Shawn Risner and the above does not do justice in what your experience will be.
