Seamless As a first time car buyer I was pretty overwhelmed with the whole experience. New Honda Civic I was looking for a new 2016 Honda Civic to lease and literally with zero hassle accomplished this with about 2 hours of total work. Shawn was amazin I was looking for a new 2016 Honda Civic to lease and literally with zero hassle accomplished this with about 2 hours of total work. Shawn was amazing and thorough, and respectful. Financing took about 20 minutes and was completed. I would recommend nowhere else for such an endeavor. More

Dealership, especially Shawn and Joe, went above and beyond I knew the exact vehicle down to the color I wanted to look at when I came in. Shawn quickly set me up with a test drive and was very accommodating to I knew the exact vehicle down to the color I wanted to look at when I came in. Shawn quickly set me up with a test drive and was very accommodating to my 1.5 year old that had to tag along. I had done my homework on the Odyssey and thought I had a pretty good idea of what it had to offer. Shawn surprised me as he went over the vehicle with an extensive knowledge of the model I wanted and its features. He told me about things that I didn't find in any of my research. The best part of the experience was how comfortable he made my wife feel about the purchase we were about ready to make. We left the dealership headed over to Toyota (which is what we have always bought in the past) knowing that I would be coming back to buy the Odyssey. Joe made sure that we left happy with our new Odyssey. He did everything that he could to give us the best deal possible. He is a former Marine and is military friendly. I left with a great deal of respect for both men. I highly recommend that you go to Roush Honda and work with Shawn and Joe. You won't be disappointed. More

Fantastic Experience! My wife and I had a fantastic experience with Roush Honda. We began our auto search after we asked for a quote on our old civic. We received a low bal My wife and I had a fantastic experience with Roush Honda. We began our auto search after we asked for a quote on our old civic. We received a low ball quote and we decided to wait a while longer. A few days later we received a call from one of the sales reps (Deanna) and she asked if we would be interested in a car if they gave us more for the vehicle. I told her "yes" and that began our experience. We were paired with Shawn Risner who was a fantastic sales man, very accomdating and polite to my wife and I. My wife and I had our first daughter who is 5 months old and our salesman showed us a nursing area and showed me to the breakroom to warm her bottle. During our sales process, we received no pressure during the several weeks we had to make a decision on the vehicle we wanted. During this time, our sales man just asked that we follow up when we made a decision. We never received any calls pressuring us to make that decision. Once we made a decision, the dealership gave us a larger pay off for the civic and another vehicle we decided to trade in. None of the decisions we made were criticized and they made several offers to help us with financing. We ended up going with a bank that was outside there normal financial business and we received no problems in doing so. Rich, the finance rep we worked with, was fantastic, very thorough and polite. We did have a small hiccup during our final sale process that was a misunderstanding. They quickly remediated this issue and made sure my wife and I were taken care of and happy. I have had experience with the car dealing process in the past and most of them, if not all, were not the best experiences. The negative connotation associated with the car buying experience is definitely not here. I highly recommend Roush as a dealership and our sales reps to take care of you. My wife and I will be going back in a few years as we continue to grow our family. More

New 2016 CVR We had a 2007 CVR and wanted to upgrade. Buying cars is one of my least favorite things to do but Shawn Risner made it a pleasure. I brought my husband who has to use a wheelchair. Shawn was very conscience of this. He treated my husband with great respect and moved things along as not to tire my husband. We did buy a 2016 CRV. Karen Matthews finalized the financial papers. She made sure I understood the paper work. She could see I had some questions and would not move on until she knew I was comfortable with my decisions. Shawn then sat with me in the car and went over the bells and whistles. He also made sure I understood everything. He took his time and was not intimidating. He was not like most who just say do this, do that, see ya. He made sure I knew what I was doing before letting me drive away. I have dealt with Honda for many years . Amazing Staff that goes above and beyond The staff that work here are amazing! I went to this dealership to look into getting a new car. I ran into Shawn and he took me in to help find what The staff that work here are amazing! I went to this dealership to look into getting a new car. I ran into Shawn and he took me in to help find what I was looking for. I explained to him what I was looking for and luckily they had it at the dealership. He let me test drive the vehicle to make sure I was fully comfortable with my choice of car. The whole time through this process Shawn was courteous and explained things in a way that was easy to understand. Being that this was my first time buying a brand new car, Shawn made sure that I got to experience that feeling of buying that first new car and went out of his way to make sure it was a positive experience. Also, I was able to meet Mike who took me through the process of financing my car. He was also very courteous and explained the process in a way I could understand so I was able to choose the right option for the financing of my car. Both Shawn and Mike went above and beyond by staying late after the dealership had closed (Since i had forgotten a couple things at home and had to go get them) and made sure all the processes were complete so I could leave the dealership that day with a brand new car. By the end of the experience, I felt that my family and I were part of the Roush family and I felt like they were a part of mine. Overall, the staff is amazing and goes out of their way to make sure that you have a pleasant experience. More
