When I walked into Roush Honda I was unsure if I even wanted a new car because I loved my 2010 Odyssey so much. Shawn was no pressure and helped me to get exactly what I needed in a car for a price I was wanted a new car because I loved my 2010 Odyssey so much. Shawn was no pressure and helped me to get exactly what I needed in a car for a price I was comfortable with. He did not try to upsell me into a trim I didn't really need, even though I desperately wanted a heated steering wheel and the car I wanted didn't have it. He found a way to get it added to the less expensive trim. He was also wonderful with my 10 and 13 year old kids who came along. I am not a fan of the car buying process, but Shawn made me feel very comfortable and at ease. Mesiah did my paperwork and he was wonderful as well. I did not have a lot of time and he made it quick and simple. Overall, I had a great experience and I love my new car. More

We’ve been working with Roush for over 20 years because of their superb customer service and Honda’s terrific products. Last week it was time to replace two leased vehicles. However, we had a new salespers of their superb customer service and Honda’s terrific products. Last week it was time to replace two leased vehicles. However, we had a new salesperson - Shawn Risner - since Dave McCamon had retired. Dave had leased us over 15 or more vehicles so it was sad to see him go. Fortunately, Shawn quickly demonstrated that our continuing relationship with Roush would not change. Shawn came out of the gate with excellent pricing on the CR-V and Accord. He was patient despite my requests for pricing on multiple other models and trim levels. I don’t get too fussy about cars - I want the features I care about and don’t want to pay for ones I don’t want. Roush, Dave, and, now, Shawn have always worked with me to meet my needs at a fair price with no pressure tactics on aftermarket crap, etc. We’ve also used Roush’s service department and body shop over the years. Those departments live up to the same standards of professionalism and outstanding service we have come to expect. Thanks Roush & Shawn!! More
