I purchased a New vehicle from Roush Honda a couple of days ago. This is my third vehicle purchase from Shawn Risner. To think this all started with Shawn because years ago I was in the showroom early one days ago. This is my third vehicle purchase from Shawn Risner. To think this all started with Shawn because years ago I was in the showroom early one day (actually before sales was even open) because they had a car I wanted! He was there and made himself available to assist me with that purchase. It was then I found that Shawn is the type of Salesman I wanted to deal with. He was my go to guy for the next two purchases. Fair, honest, and very good at getting me the deal I needed! I am happy to be part of the Roush family of customers. And the department that you dread going to, the Finance department. NO Problem. Kyln Mitchell explained every option they had available to me that would take care of my vehicle. He let me choose what i wanted or didn't want with absolutely no pressure about my final decision. Pretty easy I'd say. Roush and Honda make a Great Team. Go get yourself one! More
