I purchased a New vehicle from Roush Honda a couple of days ago. This is my third vehicle purchase from Shawn Risner. To think this all started with Shawn because years ago I was in the showroom early one days ago. This is my third vehicle purchase from Shawn Risner. To think this all started with Shawn because years ago I was in the showroom early one day (actually before sales was even open) because they had a car I wanted! He was there and made himself available to assist me with that purchase. It was then I found that Shawn is the type of Salesman I wanted to deal with. He was my go to guy for the next two purchases. Fair, honest, and very good at getting me the deal I needed! I am happy to be part of the Roush family of customers. And the department that you dread going to, the Finance department. NO Problem. Kyln Mitchell explained every option they had available to me that would take care of my vehicle. He let me choose what i wanted or didn't want with absolutely no pressure about my final decision. Pretty easy I'd say. Roush and Honda make a Great Team. Go get yourself one! More

I purchased a new car from Roush Honda a few days ago. I live in Michigan and traveled over three hours, first because I saved $1,000 on the purchase and second because of the excellent experience I had wit live in Michigan and traveled over three hours, first because I saved $1,000 on the purchase and second because of the excellent experience I had with Shawn Risner, a salesman who seemed delighted to please. He was warm and friendly and I was convinced I could reach him with any questions or problems I might have. The day after I brought my Honda Civic back to Michigan, I realized that I needed the title much sooner than is usually granted. After a quick call to Shawn, he assured me the title would be rushed, not promising the impossible, but understanding my dilemma and being willing to do what he could to rush it. I had gone to the Honda Dealer nearby and there was no comparison to the atmosphere, price or service. More

Just purchased our third CRV from Roush, first sold by Pat Hannahs and second two sold by Shawn Risner. No regrets. Talked to Shawn on Friday night and told him what I wanted. He didn't have the exact Pat Hannahs and second two sold by Shawn Risner. No regrets. Talked to Shawn on Friday night and told him what I wanted. He didn't have the exact model/color in stock, but arranged an appointment following Monday night to appraise the CRV I was trading. By Monday night, Shawn had the model/color I wanted and by closing time, Kyln and Shawn had me checked out and on my way home in my new 2020 CRV! Thanks everyone! More
