I purchased a new car from Roush Honda a few days ago. He was warm and friendly and I was convinced I could reach him with any questions or problems I might have. The day after I brought my Honda Civic back to Michigan, I realized that I needed the title much sooner than is usually granted. After a quick call to Shawn, he assured me the title would be rushed, not promising the impossible, but understanding my dilemma and being willing to do what he could to rush it. I had gone to the Honda Dealer nearby and there was no comparison to the atmosphere, price or service. More

Just purchased our third CRV from Roush, first sold by Pat Hannahs and second two sold by Shawn Risner. No regrets. Talked to Shawn on Friday night and told him what I wanted. We primarily worked with Shawn Risner but also a bit with Sam Nhem and Mike Dunlap. Shawn was very helpful and patient with two septuagenarians unfamiliar with much of the new technology and driver-assists, carefully going over how each of the systems works in our new car. Everyone we interacted with at Roush was most pleasant and helpful. Delivery was right on time and the car was in perfect condition. And, as much activity as we observed in the showroom, it is obvious that Roush does a lot of business. We know where we will buy our next Honda! More
