Born and raised in Hawaii, I have been in this industry since 1994. I have sold many types of vehicles including Dodge, Chrysler, Plymouth, Jeep, Eagle, Mazda and Nissan. Moved to Florida in 2002, and have been with Ford since March of 2014. I love meeting new people and I really enjoy what I do! This was without a doubt the best car buying experience I have ever had! Shawna was awesome. She was so friendly and knowledgeable. I had my list of features I wanted, and she made sure they were all met or have ever had! Shawna was awesome. She was so friendly and knowledgeable. I had my list of features I wanted, and she made sure they were all met or exceeded. She found me a great deal on a very slightly used 2020 Escape in the most amazing color that I love even more than the color I thought I wanted! She made sure I was familiar with all the car’s features and felt comfortable before I left. Harry, my finance rep was fantastic! He found me great rates, explained the pros and cons of all the options, and answered all my questions. The process was was so quick and easy. He even got my unused extended warranty refunded from my previous vehicle. Thanks to Wes Walker for so quickly responding to my email inquiry and putting me together with the very best of his customer service reps. I will be a Walker Ford customer for many years to come! Was there a few days ago for a PCM update on my 2011 Ford mustang GT premium because of a misfire issue. Mike had me in and out of there within 2 hours. Went up front to find the lounge ended up running into mustang GT premium because of a misfire issue. Mike had me in and out of there within 2 hours. Went up front to find the lounge ended up running into Shawna outside before I entered the build. She was very friendly asked me if I needed help. Said no at first and decided to talk to her while I waited. She was able to help me out with something I didn't even know was possible about getting an extended warranty on my car since autonation didn't offer me one. She gave me her card, the pamphlet and Brian's card..... I got phone call today from Athena I believe asking about my experience very professional over the phone and was even able to get me in contact with Vince about a potential job interview. Awesome all around I can't wait to be working there and if not I can't wait for my next service to be up just so I can go back. More

After I test ride this 2015 GMC it came to me that I need to make a deal with Shawna. I had a strict budget that I had to stick to and Shawna respected that and look for me all different options I have. I would recommend Wlker Ford 10/10!
