She found me a great deal on a very slightly used 2020 Escape in the most amazing color that I love even more than the color I thought I wanted! She made sure I was familiar with all the car’s features and felt comfortable before I left. Harry, my finance rep was fantastic! He found me great rates, explained the pros and cons of all the options, and answered all my questions. The process was was so quick and easy. He even got my unused extended warranty refunded from my previous vehicle. Was there a few days ago for a PCM update on my 2011 Ford mustang GT premium because of a misfire issue. Mike had me in and out of there within 2 hours. Went up front to find the lounge ended up running into mustang GT premium because of a misfire issue. Mike had me in and out of there within 2 hours. Went up front to find the lounge ended up running into Shawna outside before I entered the build. She was very friendly asked me if I needed help. Said no at first and decided to talk to her while I waited. She was able to help me out with something I didn't even know was possible about getting an extended warranty on my car since autonation didn't offer me one. She gave me her card, the pamphlet and Brian's card..... I got phone call today from Athena I believe asking about my experience very professional over the phone and was even able to get me in contact with Vince about a potential job interview. Awesome all around I can't wait to be working there and if not I can't wait for my next service to be up just so I can go back. More
