Born and raised in Hawaii, I have been in this industry since 1994. I have sold many types of vehicles including Dodge, Chrysler, Plymouth, Jeep, Eagle, Mazda and Nissan. Moved to Florida in 2002, and have been with Ford since March of 2014. I love meeting new people and I really enjoy what I do! It is and always will be important for me to make sure that every single consumer that is looking for a vehicle to have the very best experience when doing so! This is an updated review to the review I made several years ago. I have had the opportunity to deal with Steve Mchenry in the service department for over 6 years now and Steve has always been knowledgeab years ago. I have had the opportunity to deal with Steve Mchenry in the service department for over 6 years now and Steve has always been knowledgeable and fair in my service issues, he has looked out for me every time. We have actually become good friends over this time. Recently I had a major engine failure do to flooding in Dunedin and the car was towed to Walker Ford. Steve was off so the car was assigned to Brian Kirk another service advisor. Brian is extremely knowledgeable and a downright nice guy! The engine needed to be replaced and he fought for me every step of the way over the adjustment process with my insurance company to get me new parts vs. salvaged. He literally cared for my car like it was his own. He truly looked out for me from the start of the rebuild to the car’s finish. It’s been 6 years since I started dealing with the Service Department of Walker and I’ve come to realize and appreciate the knowledge, talent and personalities of Walkers Service Reps. I’ve come to the realization that not only are they professionals they have all become friends and an extended family to me. I have to add one more special person to review and that is Shawna Hargett. Shawna is the internet sales rep for Walker and just sold me my brand new Mustang. Shawna was professional and knowledgeable in guiding me through my purchase. Most importantly Shawna was patient in waiting for my rebuilt Mustang that I mentioned above to be completed in order to give me a fair trade in price to add to my new Mustang order that was delivered to Walker weeks before. Shawna stepped back and took any pressure off me to get the new car purchased and off Walkers lot. She really had my interest in mind! I consider her another part of the friendship and service I have received over the years at Walker. I would highly recommend anyone in the market for a new Ford to call Shawna! Everyone at Walker is caring, skilled and talented, they All have your interest in mind! More

Friendly, knowledgable staff; The process was well explained; contract/pricing as expected. My sales person, Shawna was fantastic and I dealt only with her from when I ordered the vehicle to when I g explained; contract/pricing as expected.
