Hi Trevor. ....Sorry it took so long to respond! I've been trying to read up on all the Caddy's functions and just get used to driving it. I did take it to the ....Sorry it took so long to respond! I've been trying to read up on all the Caddy's functions and just get used to driving it. I did take it to the local dealership here and it looks like they are going to replace the driver's side headlamp lens under warranty. I also had to order a new key fob since the car only came with one. :( We didn't know it only had one fob until we were getting ready to leave your dealership (not too happy about that)....but overall, we love the car! If it wasn't for you answering the phone that night I called and was so great in communicating with us, we probably wouldn't have purchased the car.....so thank you very much for all your efforts. On a negative note, Shay Foley (your sales manager) treated us very poorly. He actually told us that "he wished we would walk away from this deal" !! In my 65 years of age, I have never been told to walk away from a potential sale. He said that he was losing money on the deal. That was the biggest lie he could have told us! And IF it were true, he should have proved it to us on paper.....anyway, he needs to find another profession because he was very unprofessional and definitely NOT a people person! On better note, Sydney and JKI did the best they could to secure the deal and I do appreciate their efforts. I wished JKI would have told us upfront that there was only one key fob. It's going to cost me nearly $300.00 to get a new one and get it programmed with the original one! Oh well.....tell them I said thank you for everything! Well, I hope your surgery goes well and you get back to feeling your best very soon!! It was a pleasure meeting you and we wish you the best!! Sincerely, Ken More
