After calling the dealer to ensure the car was still available, we made the hour long trip to take a look. We were warmly greeted at the door. The early discussion entailed the sales rep questioning us about what we wanted to accomplish. All our questions about the vehicle were answered and we took a test drive. Following this, we discussed possible financials about the deal. Initially the proposed monthly payment was outside of our budget. From there, an adjustment was made to our trade-in value and a small down payment was negotiated. Once the deal was finalized, the dealer still had to struggle through credit bureau accounts that I thought that I had unfrozen, but were still showing as frozen. Throughout the entire transaction, we were never pressured or pushed into any decisions. We would definitely purchase from this dealer again and recommend them to friends and acquaintances. More

I explained that I wasn’t there to be bamboozled; And explained my financial situation in depth and that I was not intending to make a purchase this day but to gather information so that I can make a wise decision later in the future. He handpicked a salesman that could assist me the best in my situation. They were completely understanding and discussed, at length, my vehicular needs and desires, as well as options for financial planning to better prepare for a future purchase. I am definitely impressed with their professionalism and willingness to assist even when knowing there wasn’t going to be a sale. Will absolutely recommend them in the future. More
