Customer service was above and beyond Last week I went in to champion Chevrolet of Avon to sign paperwork on a car. Since my co-signer wasn’t able to come sign paperwork in person they wer Last week I went in to champion Chevrolet of Avon to sign paperwork on a car. Since my co-signer wasn’t able to come sign paperwork in person they were going to have to mail it. But thanks to Dave Snoddy, I was able to drive my car home that day! He was nice enough to drive 2 hours up north to deliver the paperwork to my co-signer! I couldn’t be more greatful for everything they did in helping me get my first new car. They took customer service to the next level. If you’re in the market for a new car I highly reccomend champion Chevrolet! They won’t dissappoint. More

Worth the Drive I drove from Greenwood out to Champion. Of course, I passed numerous dealers on the way, but I am happy that I did. From initial contact through the I drove from Greenwood out to Champion. Of course, I passed numerous dealers on the way, but I am happy that I did. From initial contact through the internet with Stacy, the test drive, the nitty gritty with Zac, the negotiation of the price with Bill to the signing of papers with Shay I never once felt pressured to extend myself more than the price I had in my head. Everyone respected my time, my space and me personally. Stacy had everything arranged for me, so when I walked in, there was no waiting. Zac and I clicked right off the bat. I am sure I was a little difficult, but he handled me like a pro and never once took my stubbornness personal. Zac is one you will want to talk to! Bill was calm and worked hard to meet my demands when it came to my trade and financing. Shay was fast efficient and had a great sense of humor. All in all, I am sure happy I made the drive out to Champion, and I will do it again if the need arises for another truck. Although, if Chevy lasts as long as they claim to, I may not have to...no offense guys! More
