Mya ( I’m sorry if I messed that up, but thank you for calling me within minutes about my inquiry, these deals go fast!! ) Shay ( thanks for helping with the bank😋 and the refinancing ) Evan, ( thanks for putting air in my tire, and showing me around a wonderful, new-to-me car ) Aron ( thanks for helping me get out of the door with the “final” signature😋 The rest of the staff was wonderful too. From the nice lady that took my down payment into her hands, to the nice man that helped me get the papers for my tax credit. Ya’ll, I’m very happy with my purchase. I couldn’t help but smile all the way back to Ky. Totally worth the drive. Thanks again. To the general public…..Champion is a xxxx good place to find a car. I ended up with a fun little Volt. Yes….the…ever elusive, never found on a car lot, because they are never traded in…( almost never ) earlier model Chevy Volt……low miles, one owner….went thru the dealer inspection….. I’m so happy. Because this car would have been GONE! If the right person, other than myself walked in the door of that dealership first! But! Again….they waste absolutely no time getting in touch with you about what ever car you inquire about…. If you’re seriously wanting to buy, they will make sure you’re happy with your purchase. They will be fluid, and helpful, and really nice. Everyone, and I mean everyone will smile, and help you. Ask them questions, they have answers. AND…if one of them don’t….they will walk you directly over to the person that can answer you. I’ll drive almost 3 hrs, with traffic to buy another car from them in the future……..just so I can drive it allllll the way back home😊 That’s the fun, when you have a great experience buying a car. Update: Had to reach out to them today ( day after, I leave with the car, and 2.5 hrs away from Champion Chevrolet ) I had forgot something small, but significant to my Volt……Shay got on the phone….wasted ZERO time…..and I got a package on the way for the forgotten item. DONE! taken care of!!! Ya’ll pay attention….this IS customer service….this is how it’s done. More

Man this place is fantastic. I honestly did not expect to drive away w/ a new car. But they were able to get me in at the price I wanted and the car I wanted with no problem at I honestly did not expect to drive away w/ a new car.
