I had already chosen a car via the internet prior to arrival, and when I got there it was clean, warmed up (meant A LOT on a 3 degree day!), and had a welcome sign with my name hanging from the rear view mirror. Everyone was friendly, funny, and personable. Even those that weren’t working directly with us took time to chat. Follow-up after the purchase has been just as awesome! They really make you feel as though they place more value on their customers vs the sale of a vehicle. Car-buying is usually a lengthy, frustrating experience, but I can honestly say this was not, thanks to the staff. I am beyond ecstatic about my new convertible, that I got an amazing deal on, and will certainly be a repeat customer for all of my automotive needs in the future! Thanks Zac and team!!! P.S.
