My wife and I weren't sure if we wanted to buy our Airstream Interstate EXT - until we met with Sheaffer. There are so many features with this class B RV and he took the time to demonstrate all of them to us. Once we made the decision to buy he then spent another two hours going over everything in detail. Service after the sale is excellent as well. We had a small warning light blinking on the propane panel and so I returned and met Jody - the service manager. In less than 15 minutes the issue was resolved and I was on my way home. Frankly, Sheaffer is the consummate professional Salesman. More
