My husband had been communicating with him via email and phone, and when we finally made it to the dealership to check out the Interstate, Sheaffer was very helpful and was able to answer all of our questions. He is very knowledgable about all of the features and systems of the Airstream. Not only is he extremely competent, but his honesty and politeness are refreshing. Not once did we feel pressured or rushed. He is also very responsive to communications, not only before you buy, but after. As I sit here typing this, he is speaking with my husband who had a question about one of the features. It is comforting to know that service is a priority with Sheaffer and the RBM dealership. I can say that this was the very best experience I have had buying a new vehicle. The dealership itself is very pleasant and everyone we came in contact with was helpful and friendly.
