LOVED working with Aws, Nate and Sheila. They are the premier employees at this dealership. They are amazing!! They were easy to work with, and very responsive to my every question. Aws tracked down t premier employees at this dealership. They are amazing!! They were easy to work with, and very responsive to my every question. Aws tracked down the right vehicle and worked with me through options, questions, service, and price. Nate had all paperwork ready to go, and explained the clear chip protection in greater detail. When the car was missing a few things, Sheila was amazingly responsive to get the extras scheduled and added. They are all amazing humans who were personable and easy to work with. They were also very kind to my family and always returned my calls quickly. I would refer others to these people specifically. More

Is this REALLY the best you can do? I did my research on-line before calling Royal Moore. Set up my test drive appointment for between 8:30 and 9:00 AM. When I arrived, Bob could not fin I did my research on-line before calling Royal Moore. Set up my test drive appointment for between 8:30 and 9:00 AM. When I arrived, Bob could not find the keys. Said he thought I was arriving later. After 15 minutes, we went for a test drive. Good route lots of info. I was most interested in the battery capabilities of the Prius Plus. We tried all 3 Prime models with the battery and none were charged. Could not drive one on the battery only. Hey! Plug them in at closing so they are ready to go the next day! Made a deal, set appt. to come back and finalize sale. A few days later, same scenario. Paperwork not ready to go. Car not detailed. Battery not charged. Sit around and wait. Why wasn't all this completed BEFORE my appointment? They had 4 days to cherry the car out and get the paperwork in order. Once I got to the finance guy, he made quick work of all that stuff. Good job! Upon getting home, I discovered that the car was not detailed very well. Dirt in the door jambs, interior windows smudged (not very well cleaned). Basically, the detail crew didn't have time to do a good job because I was sitting there waiting and waiting... I had occasion to go out to the dealership a few days later to have a very small dent repaired. Which they repaired well. Good Job! Again, they were too busy to give me the TLC I felt I deserved. No "Gee, we're sorry about the dent." Nobody to see me out after the repair. I had to actually find my key on the desk and head home. No follow up call or anything. Final thoughts: Nice enough staff, but pretty slipshod operation. Surprised that Toyota Motors allows this type of "service" to occur at their dealerships. BTW: This is my 5th new car purchase. 3 Hondas, 2 Toyotas. I would not buy a car from these guys again. More
