Purchased a used VW Passat (only 6K miles). Sale went quick, unfortunately, there was one key. Taylor said he would get me another key at a reduced price. I just needed to send him a text. Sale went quick, unfortunately, there was one key. Taylor said he would get me another key at a reduced price. I just needed to send him a text. Great! At the same time I needed some floor matts, as the ones they put when in when the car was ready for pick up were rubber and had oil on them. There was some confusion as the text/number I had was not getting to the appropriate person. However, in the end, I received a call from Sheilah. Sheilah responded promptly and took care of my requirements. How she handled the follow-up with my concerns was fantastic and gave me confidence its a dealership I can work with. Thank you More

This dealerships service dept & customer relations manager are the most disrespectful. The service technician who initially installed the tires had no idea how to balance them & an oil change with 4 n manager are the most disrespectful. The service technician who initially installed the tires had no idea how to balance them & an oil change with 4 new tires took almost 8 hours and then we had to return the next day due to warning lights. No one had any idea how to fix it. Took them over a week to figure it out & we had to pay for their mistakes. A few weeks later the car had to be towed back & they we so unhelpful, took no responsibility. Even went as far as to say my daughter or her friends loosened the oil filter. Then they stopped communicating entirely! We live 1700 miles away. There is no follow through, they do not communicate with customers & their work is less than desirable. More
