I want to thank services advisor Shelby Dilla for saving me a ton of money on my recent issue. Had thought I needed a 12volt battery replacement for our 2013 C-Max but after talking to me about what was goi me a ton of money on my recent issue. Had thought I needed a 12volt battery replacement for our 2013 C-Max but after talking to me about what was going found out it was a module in the radio that was allowing it to stay on even with everything was shut down, it was going to be over $1500 to get one from Ford she went out of her way and was able to get me an exchange so it only cost $500 very happy with there service.
