I competed the credit application online and arrived at 6:15 and was told everything was ready. I waited an hour to start signing and then didn't leave until 8:15. The process was long and Shelby represented the dealership well. The sales manager was inflexible at certain points. I think the fact that I had to point out that the two front tires needed replaci dealership well. The sales manager was inflexible at certain points.
