Kimberly Carr and Shelby Krug both were fantastic. Shelby took us on the test drive. Prior to beginning our test drive, she showed how many of bells and whistles on the car worked. Finally, what brought us to Lou Sobh Honda was the Honda CR-V itself. We wanted to get a firm price on a really dolled-up Honda-CRV. We had specific demands in terms of exterior and interior color and "nudey-goopers" (optional equipment and capabilities). I was floored to find that you had our exact desired car in stock. I expected to have to wait on a car that you had scheduled for arrival in the future, or perhaps order it. As a final point, Ryan Esloon and Jimmy Harris from the Service Department stopped by briefly to introduce themselves which was important to me to give me a pair of names in the service department to know who to call for future service on the CR-V.
