Will never do business with this dealership again. Took them 2 months to fix a truck I bought from them. Plates were registered as stolen and I got pulled over in the truck for it. Friendly People I actually stopped by that day to see if I could trade in my 2014 sierra ext. cab truck for a crew cab because I'm in a transition of adopting a baby I actually stopped by that day to see if I could trade in my 2014 sierra ext. cab truck for a crew cab because I'm in a transition of adopting a baby and so I needed more space for car seat in the back section. Things did not work out that day and I went over to service department counter and check in my truck for service as the oil change light were on for few days as well as the battery acting up. Over all everyone were so kind and friendly. More

Amazing service I was contacted by this dealer on Wednesday and walked out of the shop with my car Thursday. I was picked up by the shuttle who drove over 30 mins to I was contacted by this dealer on Wednesday and walked out of the shop with my car Thursday. I was picked up by the shuttle who drove over 30 mins to my side of the island. The customer service was amazing and everyone helped me out in one way or another. Justin was very respectful and handle everything in a timely manner. He got me in and out within a few hours and kept me entertained in the lounge in between the times I had to wait or sign documents. He answered all my questions and helped me understand everything I signed. I recommend Justin and GMC to any and everyone, customer service is very important to me and they excelled. Micheal was the manager who helped me as well, I feel very lucky to have these two working and my favor. More
