I had a positive experience scheduling an appointment online - the process was easy, and the wait time was very reasonable. I also appreciated the video walkthrough from the technician, which was very he online - the process was easy, and the wait time was very reasonable. The only downside was that the price quoted when I approved the work in the app increased at checkout and then adjusted again while they were trying to sort it out. I’m not sure why it fluctuated, but it would have been helpful to know the final price upfront as I ended up paying slightly more. More

I waited for over three hours for an oil change despite having an appointment. I also had an oil leak after service and had to go to a different service center to get my oil cap tightened and my oil topped having an appointment. Video send to me by the guy doing my inspection was god awful, audio was muffled the entire 2 minute video as he tried to show me what was wrong with my belt tensioner and failed to accurately show me what awful, audio was muffled the entire 2 minute video as he tried to show me what was wrong with my belt tensioner and failed to accurately show me what was wrong(why I declined service) oil change was on the average expensive side (69.99) next time I’ll do it myself. Staff was friendly as always, always a pleasure to work with them. More
