My First Lexus - A great Experience Shelley Turpin was awesome. As one who has never owned a Lexus, she informedme about the Lexus brand and made me familiar with the vehicle options. Shelley Turpin was awesome. As one who has never owned a Lexus, she informedme about the Lexus brand and made me familiar with the vehicle options. Everyone in this dealership was friendly and did not take that high pressure sales approach, probably because they realize they don't have to. I may have been a little stressed about the car shopping process, but they did not add to my stress. They knew I was still test driving vehicles and the manager, Shab Tadayon, encouraged me to test drive the competitor(s) as previously planned and then return at my convenience. In retrospect I appreciate that even more because I know I bought the Lexus NX300 F Sport as my first choice after test driving excellent cars/crossovers that I knew were also great vehicles. Since I did not have easy access to a ride, Shelley even picked me up at home so I could get to the dealer to take delivery of my new vehicle later in the week. After being presented with my new Lexus, I received a rather extensive inservice from Caleb Walters so I was at least minimally functional with the features and technology included with the vehicle. I have been fortunate that the majority of my car buying experiences (both new and used) have been positive, but my Lexus experience is by far the best of all. That is a positive reflection of both the company and the people who work at this dealership. Now I am looking forward to driving my first Lexus for years to come. More
