Background Originally from Kansas but grew up in California. Came to New Mexico in 93 with the family Aerospace business. Changed careers in 2001 selling cars. Took about a year to get promoted to the finance office where I have found my niche. Fortunate to have found a second career that I really love. Car Philosophy Treat every customer with respect and make sure that their needs are met first. Trivia 3 kids ranging from 33 to 17 and two granddaughters 9 & 4, yikes! Love people and hearing about where they have been and the things that have affected their lives. Love to be out in the sun hiking or just enjoying the outdoors. ! I showed up and expected a 2.5-3 hour wait. I asked where a good place to get some breakfast was, Brian hooked me up even offered me a ride. Great online and telephonic customer service and a nice virtual experience ordering our vehicle. Filling out and submitting documentation electronically was a great too. I want to take the time to say what a great experience I had at Toyota of Santa Fe. From my first phone call with Cynthia Heldreth to purchase day with Gabe Pinot, I received nothing but respect. Most deale had at Toyota of Santa Fe. From my first phone call with Cynthia Heldreth to purchase day with Gabe Pinot, I received nothing but respect. Most dealers, in my observations, don’t really listen to what the customer is saying and live by the mentality that “You don’t tell “US” what car you want, we tell “YOU” what car you want.”. That was not my experience at Toyota of Santa Fe. Cynthia and Gabe listened to me, and acted on my wishes. Hands down, up, to the side, do the hokey-pokey, this was the best dealership experience I have had in my thirty-two years of car buying. Bravo, I say. Bravo! I am grateful for the professionalism that everyone at Toyota of Santa Fe exhibited. More
