Purchase experience Service was excellent starting with Melissa! If it weren't for Melissa's immediate feedback from my initial call, I likely would have moved on. Inst Service was excellent starting with Melissa! If it weren't for Melissa's immediate feedback from my initial call, I likely would have moved on. Instead, we came to Boston and leased the car that day. Sheraz, Giovani, Mark and Omar were all ready to help and answer questions - thanks to all. Great experience. More

He worked with me making the process smooth, seamless and stress free. Mohammed Omar walked me through the financials in a friendly manner making it an easy process. Joe Migdal patiently showed me the new features in my vehicle. There was so much to cover he offered a return trip after a couple of weeks to go over any questions I may have and show me how to set the options for a fantastic driving experience. They took care of everything from beginning to end. I love my new car! Thank you for all of your hard work. More

Lack of Communicatuon Unfortunately, and especially given Herb Chamber’s reasons for entering the car sales business, this dealership lost the customer service lessons al Unfortunately, and especially given Herb Chamber’s reasons for entering the car sales business, this dealership lost the customer service lessons along the way. I brought my car in for an oil change. I returned mid afternoon to check on status. I was told “you should have let us know you needed the car today”. Really? Perhaps you should have asked “Is there a time by which you need the car?” i was told they would drive it over that evening if finished. First thing in the morning i called and was told it was ready. 10 m later i got a call that it was not. I said I needed to leave for NYC for three days. They said it may be ready that day but they had to order a part and to but take the loaner. I said “Please call me when it is done” 6 days later no call. I finally called and the person that answered the phone said “Oh ot was ready the day you left. I didn’t call you because you said you were going on vacation. At the heart of it, it was a comedy of errors which could have been so easily improved by a few PROACTIVE phone calls. Our sales person was amazing. The service hand off team has been a totally different experience. More

It seems that your staff doesnt talk to each It does not seem that my needs are being met it seems that I have to fit into your program, After I have the vehicle for a week I get a call to br It does not seem that my needs are being met it seems that I have to fit into your program, After I have the vehicle for a week I get a call to bring the vehicle in for service. I'm done ;-( I placed a bicycle hitch on the X5 that I leased and I can not get any assistance on transferring this hitch to the X6. After being told that the hitch can be transferred. I return the vehicle in good condition and then you send me a bill for $1,000 I 'm done with Herb Chambers. More
