Had a great experience at Advantage Toyota Valley Stream. Worked with Tanver Ahmed on a vehicle purchase. Tanver was very patient and willing to make a fair deal. Would also like to thank Shermica. Stacey was extremely professional. She was very patient and took time to listen to me regarding what I was looking for in a car. When I picked up the new car, Stacey was very thoroug She was very patient and took time to listen to me regarding what I was looking for in a car. When I picked up the new car, Stacey was very thorough in explaining all of the safety features and standard features of the car. This is the second car I purchases at Advantage and Stacey being my salesperson. Shermica and Jessica were extremely helpful. Stacey, Shermica, and Jessica definitely made me feel valued and that my time was important. They all went out of their way to make sure I was satisfied. Andy and Celine are the best in the service dept. Both have always taken the time to explain the purpose of the service and review what was done. I highly recommend Stacey and the dealership! More

From the moment I drove into the service drive, I was greeted by a bubble girl. She said her name was Celine and she would be helping me. I was new to the place, and she made it so seamless on what to do greeted by a bubble girl. She said her name was Celine and she would be helping me. She sat me down, told me the exact services I’m getting, checked for recalls, and advised me how long, which she said under a hour. I got my car back in 47 minutes, and also was provided with a multipoint inspection with my paperwork, love that it tells me everything that is green. I saw the valles and they said the car would be right up, which 30 seconds later it was up and taking plastic off, which is so nice to stay clean. celine is an asset to the dealership and I won’t be going to anyone else but her. I can’t wait to see her in 5 months for my next service checkup! Thank you everyone at Toyota. More
