Prior to getting into the auto business, I was a stay at home mom and a substitute teacher for 12+ years in West Bend, WI. 3 years ago, I came to Heiser Chevrolet Cadillac to look for a car for my daughter. The car that I came for on Friday, was sold on Saturday... (I went home to think about it).... It prompted me to say, "if cars sell this fast I'm in the wrong business", (just kidding of course, I loved my teaching job)... After numerous calls from management and my sales reprehensive Samantha, I joined the Heiser team! I love it! I pride myself on integrity, not being high pressure, you tell me what you need and want and I will make sure you find what you are looking for... worse car of my life. timing chain, water pump less than 75,000 - every time a problem had to ask if covered by extended warranty I purchased after told there was a probl timing chain, water pump less than 75,000 - every time a problem had to ask if covered by extended warranty I purchased after told there was a problem. return oil line not tightened; ran out of oil -treated like no big deal. couldn't get service time in West Bend, went to Toyota dealership. didn't honor chevy points, but said would give 10.00 coupon from online, charged for a tire rotation on tires bought in west bend location - had to call back to get it; there is a 30.00 credit on my account, won't use. Toyota dealership found an oil leak, did dye test for 82.50, follow up at west bend location after 1500 miles. west bend location said other dealership didn't do a good cleanup of engine, so couldn't determine leak, but for 685.00 they could start on top and maybe determine the source of the leak. west bend said if I wasn't happy about the dye test, I needed to take that up with the Toyota dealership, why? Heiser should be Hesier. since have sold the car -- so good luck. More
