I have been working at Crown Mitsubishi since 1999 although I started working for Crown in 1998. I worked at our Pontiac store before I was transferred to Mitsubishi. I have lived in Florida since 1985. I moved here from Ohio after I graduated from high school. I have been married since 1998 and have a 13-year old daughter named Ashley. In my free time I love to cook, play cards, and hang out at the beach – the best part of Florida!

hello, Last year I moved 50 miles away however I still go back for the service, and the reason for that is Sherry Vieira!! My experience with Sherry Vieira when I brought my car in to be serviced was stellar. She is kind and efficient and can often answer any questions on the work that is done on my car. No one likes to bring in their car for maintenance service work. It takes time and you just want to get it done right and as quickly as possible! Sherry Vieira helped to make my repair experience almost painless. She was knowledgeable and helpful. She went out of her way to make sure I was getting the best coverage from my extended warranty. As always, Crown Kia has always given efficient service ina friendly environment. I was in and out under 3 hours, which is fair because this is a busy location. While you wait, there's free coffee, water, wifi access, television to watch and multiple snack machines. They also offer car washing services once your vehicle has been serviced. Couldn't ask for better service or amenities. And to make this perfect Sherry Viera is still there, she's the best service representative to ask for because she is on top of everything. She makes sure the maintenance employees are thorough about the service they do to each vehicle coming through the service department. She is a jewel. More
