Best service best service people I have been a customer of Continental Acura of Naperville for 7 years and the reason I have been is because of the great people and the great service. I have been a customer of Continental Acura of Naperville for 7 years and the reason I have been is because of the great people and the great service. Chris Papo has been my main service man (my go to guy) ever since I purchased my first Acura. I have since purchased 2 more Acuras not only because I like the vehicles but because of the great service, support and service personnel making Continental Acura of Naperville my dealership. I like going to a dealership where they know my name and we can talk business and chat about ever day things that go on in our lives. I also would like to give a shout out to Shirley Defino the best receptionist that alway greets me with a smile and a big hello. Her friendliness lets you know that you are more then just another customer and she always goes above and beyond by making sure I know how many loyalty points are in my account and what value the points will bring to me on that given day. More

Another MDX I just purchased another MDX from Abe @ Continental. I had been driving a 2009 MDX with 221,000 miles and no issues, that I also purchased rom Abe. I just purchased another MDX from Abe @ Continental. I had been driving a 2009 MDX with 221,000 miles and no issues, that I also purchased rom Abe. I gave that vehicle to another employee of mine, because it still has many miles left to go and is running beautifully. I love my new MDX and look forward to driving it well over 200,000 miles again. Kudos to the service guys at Continental that always take care of me and my car! More

Beyond these purchases, I've had all of my cars serviced at Continental Acura (both past and current) because of the ease in making appointments (scheduling in person, on the phone or on the web -flexible schedule), quality of service (issues are diagnosed, explained clearly and serviced correctly the first time and in a timely fashion) and the great team of people (always a familiar/trustworthy face - thanks Neil...and Shirley always greets you with a smile and ensures you are charged accurately and that you understand any and all charges). -Adam S. Continued great all-around service We have always experienced professional, knowledgeable and courteous service from Tom Trulis, with whom we have leased 3 vehicles over the past 8 year We have always experienced professional, knowledgeable and courteous service from Tom Trulis, with whom we have leased 3 vehicles over the past 8 years. He is fantastic and so easy to work with. We have enjoyed driving each vehicle; but there is a comfort level at Continental Acura that kept us coming back, even though other Acura dealers were more accessible. We had the opportunity to work with Tyler Fox for our most recent maintenance service appt. From a phone conversation prior, to drop off of the vehicle the night before service; he answered all my questions and made sure my requests for the vehicle during service would be taken care of. He also opened the service doors, walked to and opened the door for the loaner for me and then proceeded to go over a few things that were different from the model I was driving, while he was standing in the rain! I was impressed! It's never a bad day when you visit Continental Acura:) More

i came in for an oil change, and left with a smile I arrived at Continental Acura around noon Wednesday and was quickly greeted by the service lane employees and directed on where to go. This dealership will not leave you confused and lost while there for service ,unlike others. Chris papo and Shirley the cashier were very friendly and were able to connect on a personal and business level. If I didn't do most of the maintenance myself I would take my TSX here more often. Its always a pleasure to have Chris as my service advisor. Thanks Continental Acura team More
