Scheduled appointment for air bag recall. When I arrived at my appointment they said the part was not available and would take 2 to 3 weeks to receive it. It should be part of their schedulin When I arrived at my appointment they said the part was not available and would take 2 to 3 weeks to receive it. It should be part of their scheduling process to check availability of the part you know needs to be replaced before scheduling a repair and inconveniencing the customer. More

I normally deal with Shirley but I came in on a Saturday and Jason was very friendly and very professional.
