Compared to other dealerships I have been to, I found Shiv to be less pushy, very knowledgeable, and all around pleasant to deal with. After finding a CX-5 I loved, he worked with me on price and got me a better interest rate. Although I may have gotten more bang for my buck elsewhere, after driving my new car for a month now I still feel like I got a good deal and am happy with the purchase. More

He had learned a lot about the car that I was interested in. As far as locating a car and getting it in it was a bumpy road. The finance and business end was also kind of rough. I can compare this dealership with the nearby Honda and BMW in Watertown where we’ve purchased multiple cars. Honda really stands out as a professional dealership through the whole sales, finance and servicing company. BMW has been good but not the same level as Honda. Colonial Mazda needs to fine tune their operation a bit to better satisfy customers. The best thing about our experience was our salesman Shiv Dave. He seems to really like cars and will be a great salesman if he sticks with the job. More
