When I chose my pre-owned Honda Civic I gave this rating because everything from the paperwork to picking up the car to receiving the registration when smoothly. The representative I had (Silas) was always available to answer questions and most of the time anticipated them for me and answered before I even asked. The paperwork was sent to my address and after I signed everything all that was left was the pick up and receiving the registration. Pick up took less than thirty minutes and was very reassuring should I have any problems (I haven't.). I received the official registration within a week and a half of picking up the car. A lovely experience all around. More
