He wasn't aggressive but gracious in showing me a good car at a fair price-very trustworthy and like able-but of course he's a Navy man so no surprise:) My surprise was I went home in a such a short time with a brand new car that's definitely the right fit:) And Liz Zamora did a fine job presenting financing and warranty options that make me feel safe and covered. Galpin Honda made the impossible possible! When I came in to return my parents' Honda Accord 2012 car lease, I didn't expect to qualify for a car, let alone a car lease on my own. Since I wasn' When I came in to return my parents' Honda Accord 2012 car lease, I didn't expect to qualify for a car, let alone a car lease on my own. Since I wasn't on the lease, I didn't qualify for the buyout program; furthermore, I recently moved to Arizona and was recently employed about two months ago. As a recent college grad, I thought I didn't have the employment history nor the credit to qualify on my own but after paying back a little debt, bringing a $1500 down payment, and demonstrating the care and financial responsibility I provided for the previous lease, Honda went out of their way to make the impossible possible. Not only did I qualify on my own, I was able to take home a brand new Honda Accord 2015 LX for a lower interest rate than most first time car buyers with less than average credit scores. Even though I was sick on a raining day, they made the transition from a lease to a buy smoothly with Alexis from the lease department, Silas sales consultant, and Financial Manager Joe all working together to make this possible. I definitely feel like I am part of the Galpin Honda family. Thanks Silas for all the complimentary drinks! More

Silas Gary Jr. is the MAN!! I drove out to galpin honda to look at a honda accord. first off this dealership has a no pressure environment and the people that work their are all I drove out to galpin honda to look at a honda accord. first off this dealership has a no pressure environment and the people that work their are all pleasant. they have a large selection of cars and since they are one of the largest dealerships in socal they have the leverage to work a great deal. SIlas Gary Jr was the sales rep that helped me out. He has a great no BS attitude and is a honest guy. I told him what I was willing/capable of paying and he went above and beyond to get my that deal. He even drove all the way to culver city with me at 1130 at night to have my sister sign the papers i needed for the cosign on my credit so i could take purchase of the car that night. oh and before i forget Matthew in the finance department was super efficient and a very laid back guy. He made the finance part very low stress and not overwhelming at all. I would 100% recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a honda. More

Friendly and easy flowing I came into Galpin Honda after months and months of serious thinking. I needed a car ASAP, I used to have a little bucket that I continued to invest in, until I eventually had enough (could have saved all that money.) But I also knew that I couldn't afford to finance a car due to the fact that I will be going back to school. So as soon as we got there, I said I wanted a civic, SILAS GARY Jr walked right by us and asked us if we needed help, my mom asked him if someone could help us choose an economical car, he jumped right on it. He was extremely helpful and understanding and was able to come to the conclusion that leasing a car was the best option for me since it was cheaper and within my budget. Most importantly, my family and I appreciate SILAS being attentive and always making sure that we were comfortable and feeling welcomed. He followed up with me after my purchase and continued to be friendly and making sure I was having a good experience with my first time lease. They once again went out of their way to make my stay the most convienant as I waited for my service to be completed! From Chole in the service department to the man who gave me the shutter ride! Will definitely be a memorable one for me! Having to commute for 45 minutes for my service, was the least of my concern! Being phoneless was at that time! Nonetheless no compliants for it because I got the car i went in search for two weeks ago. Galpin Honda also made sure to fill up my tank!
