The dealership made us feel at ease, they weren't pushy as some dealerships can be. They were honest, open to our personal requests. Sometimes it can seem too good to be true, but with VW Bayside, it was not the case. They dealership should be proud to have a salesmen such as Silvano. Angelo the manager took the time to meet us personally to answer any further questions (which we didn't actually have as Silvano literally helped us with everything!) but this was reassuring on a personal level. We will definetly be going back for our next vehicle and cannot recommend this dealership enough to anyone looking for a new car! More

I told him what I was looking for in a car and he offered me a test drive in a 2017 VW Jett I stopped by Bayside Volkswagen and Silvano helped me out. I told him what I was looking for in a car and he offered me a test drive in a 2017 VW Jetta. I did not feel pressured in any way and he showed me all of the great features the Jetta had and how it would meet all of my expectations and more. He said I could take my time in making my decision and that helped me feel very comfortable. I liked that he was not pushy at all and his main concern was always making sure I would ultimately be happy with whichever vehicle I purchased. Eventually, I decided on purchasing the 2017 VW Jetta because it was the best value and best car for my expectations and Silvano helped out a lot. I highly recommend him because he is truly an expert in VW's. More

Only car dealer in Queens I’d go back to I’ve never purchased or leased a car from a Queens dealership. They always gave me the typical “used car salesman” vibe. But I read the reviews on Bayside VW and they were spot on. Excellent customer service and our sales person Jeff really worked with us on agreeing to a price we were satisfied with. And Silvano was great going over the car features and finishing up our paperwork in Jeff’s absence. Only knock is the showroom is small, but that’s to be expected in Queens - lack of real estate. More
