No Pressure Sale :) I had went shopping earlier at a Nissan dealership and the service was awful. The sales reps felt like vultures and nothing felt genuine. We test d I had went shopping earlier at a Nissan dealership and the service was awful. The sales reps felt like vultures and nothing felt genuine. We test drove a car and it did not have any pick up the only feature I liked was that i could start the car from within my house. Then when I wouldn't budge on my price the rep decided to do the typical "TAKE AWAY" ! That aggravated me even more. I asked for my car keys and left . I was hungry .. decided to grab some food and when my head cleared up .. I was convinced to try out Hyundai. I have to be honest ... I did not want to look at a Hyundai let alone test drive it but what did I have to lose As soon as I walked in the building I was greeted professionally by the hostess who then Introduced me to the sales rep. I got a great vibe from both and I decided to really give them a chance to prove what Nissan couldn't The sales rep took a different approach to Winning me over .. there was No pressure on me what so ever He asked me a couple key questions to direct me in what car would suit better for my budget and what I desired in a vehicle... after that we walked around the lot and test drove my car I picked out a Brand New 2016 SONATA.. the outside looked sharp and the inside was roomy and comfy. I needed to drive it though to make sure I'd love it When I pressed on the gas ... I fell love .. the car had pick up.. every turn was perfect it drove sooo silky smooth . I was literally surprised . When I went back into the building the manager came and introduced himself which was awesome because at the Nissan dealership no one came We wheeled & dealed but finally came to happy medium everyone from the sales rep to the manager to the last guy (ROBERT REDFORD-I'll never forget his name) in back the one that has you sign your life away ...was awesome , funny, friendly,and helpful!!!! My experience with UNIVERSAL HYUNDAI was by far the best!!! I'll definitely recommend my friends and family to them in a heartbeat! More
