Great dealership and salesman, Randy Blackwell. Our only complaint is the issues we have been having with getting the payoff for our trade-in taken care of. I would recommend this dealer Kieth was great and got me the car I wanted to drive and showed me another one also for the same price with better mileage! The only negative part of my review is that he also gave me two key fobs that were broken and stuck together with gum... I mean come on. I would have expected that if I was going to be given a key fob that it would work or I would have Ben told they didn’t work. Not a great experience with that as they didn’t even act like they cared that they gave me them broken. Crazy More

Do NOT buy from Motorcars of Lansing!!! Don’t EVER buy a vehicle from Motorcars of Lansing. They sold me a truck with a bad transmission. 3 months later it went out completely. They took adv Don’t EVER buy a vehicle from Motorcars of Lansing. They sold me a truck with a bad transmission. 3 months later it went out completely. They took advantage of me not having car knowledge. I’ve spent a total of 16 hours in the waiting room being toyed around. The mechanic admitted that the truck was showing signs that the transmission was going out before selling. I also have picture proof of them using a permanent marker covering up rust spots and paint chips on a hood of vehicle they were “detailing” to sell. They constantly had interruptions and not a single person would focus on just one thing at a time. It took days and multiple calls to even get ahold of someone. If you want a reliable vehicle sold by true honest people, motorcars is NOT the place to go. Staff has even admitted to me this should not have happened to me and I should leave a bad review. If staff doesn’t trust them, why should customers? More
