My wife and I just bought our first Mercedes, a certified pre-owned GLA 250 - which has been my dream car for years - and the whole experience was wonderful. Since we live in Norwood, a good 1.5 hour drive during evening rush hour, we arrived not long before closing for our test drive/purchase visit and our pickup visit. On the first occasion both Skip and Ibe stayed late even though a snowstorm had just started coming down. The night we picked up the car Skip welcomed us with a gorgeous bouquet of roses and Anthony ducked in and out of the pouring rain to show us the ins and outs of our new car.
