When we were ready to finalize, Natasha helped us to get us a competitive price for the new car and trade in value for the 2011 CRV. She efficiently got together all the needed paperwork to assist in the final business office meeting. On the day of delivery of the vehicle she spent over an hour to familiarize us with the features of the new vehicle and concluded with an assurance to help us anytime we needed further clarifications.
