From the start Slayter was awesome. He knew I was traveling 650 miles to buy the car. He made sure all information was communicated clearly, accurately, and timely. I think I may have been there a total of 2 hours. He helped me return my rental and wished me a safe trip home...class act!!! Jeremiah the sales manager, didn't beat around the bush. He came through with a fair offer over the phone and that offer was the same when I arrived 3 days later. Once again, class act!!! Henri in finance was quick, to the point, and no pressure. He clearly explained warranties and gap, but didn't try and shove it down my throat. Again, class act!!! I love my new car and can't thank these guys and Cape Coral Kia enough for making sure it was an easy and excellent buying experience. More

SlaYter was awesome straight up and honest. The price of our used 2024 Kia Seltos was good, but try to cut out all the “required” fees they like to add like lugnut locks, tint fee, triple PPP n The price of our used 2024 Kia Seltos was good, but try to cut out all the “required” fees they like to add like lugnut locks, tint fee, triple PPP not required and of course the inflation advertised price- talk them down for APR also since they only do in house financing. I knew what I wanted so I was in and out that day and had the Seltos already picked out online. They are in the Morgan auto group which is good because I was able to transfer my perks to Port Charlotte KIa where I live. More

From the moment I walked in with my mom, we were greeted by Slayter, who was friendly, welcoming, and helpful right away. He took the time to gather all of the important details to make sure he recommended by Slayter, who was friendly, welcoming, and helpful right away. He took the time to gather all of the important details to make sure he recommended the right car for me that truly checked all of my boxes. Everyone at the dealership was incredibly hospitable, constantly making sure we had something to drink or snack on while we waited and toured the lot. I was even offered my choice of a portable water bottle, which was such a thoughtful touch and it now matches my new car perfectly! Multiple employees stopped by throughout the process to introduce themselves and make sure we were being taken care of. Everything was explained thoroughly, and there was a strong attention to detail when helping me pick out my new car. Slayter made sure I felt confident and happy with my decision, and the rest of the staff reinforced that same level of care and support. The entire experience felt genuine and customer-focused. It truly seemed like everyone wanted what was best for me and went above and beyond to deliver high-quality service. This was by far the easiest and most comfortable car leasing experience I’ve had, and I felt at home and well taken care of from beginning to end. More
