Al went above and beyond and I would recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a car. I ended up leasing a 2017 Toyota Corolla. Great car, great dealership and even better customer service. Al made it clear to me that he was not trying to make the sale but rather earn his trust and to come back in the future! And that I will! Bad deal I told them i only wanted to have my Financing from Toyota,also told them to only run it under Toyota, they ran it with multiple banks, then they tell I told them i only wanted to have my Financing from Toyota,also told them to only run it under Toyota, they ran it with multiple banks, then they tell me a payment amount , and we do all the paperwork get to the last page and poof magic , the payment was 5.00 a month more , . 5.00 does not seem like much but when you multiply it by 72 months its a 360. beating , and i do not doubt it if they practice this routine with other customers.. Update:: after I left this dealer the next day I went to Hartford Toyota where I got a square deal, lower interest rate and a lower payment for the Identical car. My advice is to go straight to Hartford Toyota and deal with Gabe in sales, Tony in finance,... I can't say enough about how great it was in Hartford. More

Wonderful experience Mike Cote was our salesman and he was very accommodating. We told him what we were looking for, which was a RAV4 for our granddaughter. We were especially interested in the safety features of the car. Our granddaughter told him what colors she liked and he found one in stock which met all our requirements. Bill DiChello, the finance man, was also very accommodating. He explained all the financing options and went through all the paperwork throughly. There were two other gentlemen we talked to as well, I think one was Sohail Butt, but don't remember their names. Everyone was very nice and not pushy at all. They put the options out there, explained them and let us decide if we were interested in them. We left with a brand new car and one very excited granddaughter. This is the second Toyota we purchased from this dealership and if we are in the market in the future, we would definitely return. More
