Great Dealership/with awesome Service Department I have dealt with John Paul's GMC for my last 3 new vehicles, excellent Customer Service all the way around! When calling for Service, typically yo I have dealt with John Paul's GMC for my last 3 new vehicles, excellent Customer Service all the way around! When calling for Service, typically you can get in very quickly. This most recent time, we had an incident on vacation, my car needed some major repairs, I called on Monday morning, dropped car off that same day, and they worked with my insurance company, gave me a rental car, and my own vehicle was completed in a timely fashion. Couldn't ask for better service. Hats off to you John Paul's GMC!!!!! More

Sol is the man!!! Sol in the service department is the only guy I trust with my truck! He knows how to take care of a customer and he knows his stuff. Amazing Service I had nothing but great service at John Paul's Buick GMC. Their service manager, Justin Talbot, was absolutely amazing. He dealt with the insurance co I had nothing but great service at John Paul's Buick GMC. Their service manager, Justin Talbot, was absolutely amazing. He dealt with the insurance company, walked me through the process, and made sure my Terrain was in the best condition possible when I left. I had to use a rental car for five days, and he made the process as easy as possible. He kept me updated on my car's service throughout the five days, so I had zero worries/concern! The service was incredible! More
