All interventions were done by phone , internet and scanning to email. It sure beats sitting in the dealers office waiting for them to vet you! I knew exactly what I wanted so it was an easy trade in. Picking up the car was a bit different. Basically following all Covid requirements, we all sat in the specially designated area and I signed forms. Car was ready and license plates were transferred. All paperwork was emailed to me. And I drove out. Everyone was knowledgable and were able to find the car I wanted. More
