I pulled in with a tire issue. I was told there was a bad tire and possibly a bad shock absorber. When they took it to the mechanic he said it only needed a new tire. He didn’t hav I was told there was a bad tire and possibly a bad shock absorber. When they took it to the mechanic he said it only needed a new tire. He didn’t have a new tire so he installed our spare tire so we could get home. (Thanks for that).We had 2 more hours to home. However when we took the car to our mechanic he said we needed two new shocks and it was obvious they were bad and leaking (I saw it leaking at your dealership as did the mechanic.) I know it was a Friday afternoon and we didn’t have an appointment but I believe they let us leave with a damaged car in poor condition. More
