I've had the pleasure of working at Lenoir City Ford for 12 years, a dealership that stands apart from the large, impersonal conglomerates. We pride ourselves on being a community-based, caring establishment, where each customer is treated like family. Our commitment to providing a personal touch ensures that every interaction is meaningful and memorable. I am truly grateful to be part of such a dedicated team and to serve a community that values genuine relationships and exceptional service. On the home front, I am blessed with a wonderful family. My wife, Jennifer, and I have been happily married for 17 years. We are proud parents to two incredible children: Mia, our 26-year-old daughter, and Isaac, our 14-year-old son. Our family's bond is strong, and we cherish the moments we share. As we continue to grow and support each other, I am reminded daily of the importance of community, both at work and at home, and that ideology is exemplified in every interaction with our guests.

Hello HHSCAPESLLC...Wow. That is an amazing story. We are sorry to hear that you are not happy with your decision to purchase the truck, and that you misinterpreted, or misunderstood almost everything which was said during the Customer Care follow up call we had with you on a recorded line. As soon as we are aware of an issue with a customer's satisfaction, then we follow up by phone to try and remedy the situation. And we did so in this case, as well. We stepped way up by offering to pay 1/2 the expense of balancing and aligning your truck's agressive off-road tires. You became escalated, accusing the Dealership's employees of numerous things, We offered to pay for a full alignment and balance at a garage of your choosing, and rather than working with us to resolve the issue you chose to blast the store and threaten to leave more negative feedback before abruptly hanging up. We follow a simple process when selling a used car that is without warranty: #1. We show the vehicle and then test drive it with the customer to make sure everything checks out. In this case you were aware this truck had a lift kit and over-sized tires, and even engaged in conversations with us about the fact there could be future issues considering it was modified for off-road use. #2. We make sure our customers understand that if he/she decides to purchase the vehicle, that they are purchasing it with the full knowledge that it is an "as-is" vehicle and that they will be assuming all responsibility for any repairs which may follow the purchase, and then we also have our customers sign a form informing them that this is the policy. To sum this whole situation up...Aside from verbally warning you there could be future issues and expenses which could follow when you purchase a truck which has oversized tires and an aftermarket suspension system, and having you read and sign a form which discloses the risks you would be taking by purchasing the truck, we do not know what else we could have done prior to you agreeing to purchase it. And then we even offered to pay for an alignment and balance at a 3rd party service center(which we are not obligated to), there is nothing else which we can do at this point as long as you refuse to accept our assistance.
