I’m a pretty big fan of this dealership as they’re one of the few dealerships, who don’t price gouge! I’ve rarely had an issue there and if I have, it’s been quickly resolved. The staff there are extremely professional, courteous, and friendly… From my sales rep Brittanie (who I’ve now used twice, make sure you ask for her), to the GM Glen, GSM Charlie, Sales Manger McKenzie, Inventory Manager Wayne, Finance Manager Daniel, and Chris in parts, everyone there is top notch, helpful and like I previously stated, extremely professional. There’s not another dealership in East Tennessee, that I would go to and luckily they were here in my own backyard. Totally worth the drive to Lenoir City Ford if you’re looking for a new or used Ford or another used vehicle. More

The customer from xxxx is treated like a prince I'm every salesman's worst nightmare - a 100% disabled veteran with a stress order and bad vision problems, trading in a vehicle with huge negative eq I'm every salesman's worst nightmare - a 100% disabled veteran with a stress order and bad vision problems, trading in a vehicle with huge negative equity, and with only a couple of grand that I can afford to put down on a new vehicle. It was the next thing to a miracle that they pulled this off for me. And I really mean THEY because many people worked hard on this, and for almost four days solid. My salesman Jo McQueary worked non-stop, always available even after hours, always friendly, and spot on with his answers to all my picky questions. Majdi Awad the finance guy worked tirelessly to find a lender who would finance the deal; Pete Clay coordinated everything; and several other high-up big bosses even got involved with Ford Credit to swing me the sweetest deal possible - great terms, full warranty for 10 years; all done with the utmost efficiency and cheerfulness. I also talked with Sonny Wolfenberger a couple of times, setting up the original deal, and then later when I was struggling to get the financial deal closed he talked/emailed me when Jo McQueary was busy with a customer. Towards the end, when it looked totally impossible, Shane Little got on the phone and put Ford Credit on the spot when I told them I got favorable financing at another dealer but was initially denied it when Majdi Awad first contacted them. Shane and Majdi got me the same level of financing, that and even more of a better deal. These guys do everything humanly possible to explore all possible options to get you the best imaginable deal. Jo McQueary is the most knowledgeable car salesperson I have ever run into, and I can't begin to express my gratitude for the time and energy he put in on my behalf. Pete Clay filled in the gaps with sage advice and kind words, and Majdi Awad took all the fear out of making a financial obligation of this magnitude. They're backed by Ford Credit, which gives you the best deal you will find anywhere from any lender, the best terms and the most reasonable warranty. I purchased a Ford Mustang GT Premium, with which I couldn't be more pleased. Like everybody else out there, I've always thought Mustangs were the runts of the sports car universe. Not so! I've owned a Porsche Macan and a BMW 2 Series in the last few years, and this new Mustang GT puts them both to shame. The electronics and standard features are better, the interior finishing is nicer and more appropriate, the handling equal or better, and the price is much friendlier to the bank account. Finally an American Sports car (with a lot of muscle if you want it - I have the 5.0 L) we can all be proud of, backed by a world class team. Semper Fi. More

I received a phone call that there was a problem with the car. I went back down to try to find another car, and these WONDERFUL people made sure that I was completely satisfied. Jo and Sonny took excellent care of me. I got a superb car at a superb price! I have traded lots of places, but no one has ever treated me this special. They promised me they would make me happy, and they went over and above to make me a satisfied customer. I cannot sing their praises enough. If you want a great deal, with some fine sales staff, this is the place you need to go. I would most definitely trade with them again. This dealership is simply the BEST!!! More

Went in on a recommendation from a family member to see the options and found a car I loved gently used, low miles, and a great price. After test driving I knew it was the one. When it came to the financials everyone was friendly and helped calm my nerves during my first big purchase. You could tell they wanted me to be able to get the car I wanted and were able to work with me when it came to a loan payment amount that would be right for me. The whole process was quick and painless and after just a couple hours of being there I drove away ecstatic in my new car feeling confident I made the best choice. Mackenzie, Sonny, and Majdi were all terrific and I highly recommend using Lenoir City Ford for your car buying needs. I will be back in the future for mine. More
