Last two experiences at Bozard had very poor customer service. Octavia, customer service manager, never returned my phone call. My car info message said “engine fluids at Bozard had very poor customer service. Octavia, customer service manager, never returned my phone call. My car info message said “engine fluids low” needs service. When I arrived at service center, employee didn’t look up and when she did, she didn’t say anything. I said hello first. When I explained about the light, she asked what I would like to do. I asked her what I should do. She asked if I had checked the car. Then she asked if I wanted fluid added. I asked her if that was all it needed and she said probably not if it was low. I said I did want an appt so she called a number and hands me the phone. I had to start all over with name, etc . who then asked me the same questions if I had checked the car, etc. I scheduled an appt to have it checked because this problem was a recall which I had done earlier. I also asked for an oil change, check and rotate. I picked up the car and no window washer fluid. I had the same thing happen last time. The last time people were not friendly except the guy who is a greeter and tries to help without a lot of cooperation from the service people. That time one of the men at a front desk used the “f” word loud enough that I heard it. I used to think it was the best customer service. There used to be a very efficient person at the desk. I think his name was Alex, great example of customer service from my experiences. Also the English driver is very customer service oriented. But, I honestly came home and started looking for a different car to purchase soon. These two experiences were at the main service area not the quick lube More

However, the staff is always very friendly and gives a great estimate of time and will always be honest about your vehicle. I did love the tracking service and the call telling me my vehicle was ready. Convenient walk to the mall to pass the time. I go out of my way to get my car serviced here. More

Your in and your out - just that quick! Sonya and Keven were easy going service reps that make the customer feel at ease when dropping of their vehicle for service.
