Brought my Ascent in for a trailer hitch install. Was told that installation might take longer than planned. Was offered a loaner car for as long as needed. Frustrating and disappointing to have over 2. 5k spent on my car to get 'fixed' and have the same issue happen that I brought it in for the next day after picking it up. I appreciated Subaru cover 5k spent on my car to get 'fixed' and have the same issue happen that I brought it in for the next day after picking it up. I appreciated Subaru covering the 2nd service, but I still did not get clear info on what was wrong with the car and was causing the engine issue. The scans from Subaru techs showed different issues each time that I needed to get fixed and no one mentioned to me a month or so prior about any potential issues when I got an oil change. There should be a more helpful tool to show customers different 30-60-90k mileage maintenance service options and be more affordable. More
